摘　　要：围绕"管理可被视作一种组织资源"这一观点,结合经典的基于资源的观点(RBV),对管理行为的资源属性进行了深度剖析。首先深入分析了将管理看作组织资源的重要性和科学性,然后基于对组织资源的重新划分、对管理资源起作用方式的分析以及对这种资源与其它组织资源间互动关系的挖掘,考察了管理行为的核心资源属性,最后对本领域的未来研究方向进行了讨论。This thesis probes into the resource attribute of management behavior based on the resource-based view and surrounding the perspective that management behavior can be regarded as a special type of organizational resource.First,it analyzes the essentiality and scientificity to regard management behavior as a type of organizational resource.Then,it proposes that management behavior is the core resource in organizations by reclassifying organizational resources,analyzing the way that management resource functions,and exploring the interactive relations between management resource and other types of resource.Finally,this thesis concludes by discussing the future research agenda.
