摘 要:人力资源管理实际上是对人才的经营开发。基层人民银行应对内设部门和人员进行科学合理的管理,建立机构精简、岗位设置合理、人员配置优化、职责明确、运作高效的工作机制。因此,应从配置、培训、激励等方面入手,开发人力资源。实现人力资源的优化配置和开发利用机制是当前基层人民银行人力资源管理的重要举措。In fact, the human resource management is to talented person's management and development. Grassroots People's Bank of China should have scientific and rational management to internal departments and personnel, and set up efficient work mechanism which has simple institutions, reasonable post setting, optimized staffing and clear responsibility. Therefore, the development of human resource shouid start from allocating resource, training personnel, establishing incentive mechanism, etc. It is an important measure to realize the optimal allocation of human resource and development and utilization system for the human resource management of present Grassroots People's Bank of China.
