摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀对血管性认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将160例血管性认知功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组(80例)和对照组(80例),均接受常规药物治疗,治疗组同时加用阿托伐他汀。结果两组MMSE积分治疗后均有提高(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀对治疗血管性认知功能障碍是安全有效的。Objective To study clinical efficacy of atorvastatin on vascular cognitive impairment.Methods Totally 160 patients with vascular cognitive impairment were randomly divided into treatment group（80 cases） and control group（80 cases）,were receiving conventional drug therapy,the treatment group were added atorvastatin.Results MMSE points after treatment were improved（P0.01）,the efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher（P0.05）.Conclusions Atorvastatin for the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment is safe and effective.
