摘  要:采用SEM、FT-IR、TG、DTG、DSC和力学性能测试方法研究了酶法脱胶对菠萝叶纤维的结构和性能的影响,并与化学脱胶的菠萝叶纤维进行比较。结果表明:菠萝叶纤维酶法脱胶相比化学脱胶表面杂质较多,纤维分离度较差;半纤维素吸收峰仍然存在,纯度较低;热稳定性好于化学脱胶的菠萝叶纤维;断裂强度和线密度相比化学脱胶纤维较大。structure and properties of enzymatic degummed pineapple leaf fiber were characterized by SEM, FT -IR, TG, DTG, DSC and mechanical properties analyses in comparison with chemical degummed pineapple leaf fiber. The results showed that more impurity in the surface of enzymatic degumming pineapple leaf fiber was observed, and the separation was worse. The absorption bands of hemi - cellulose still appeared, and the purity of enzymatic degumming pineapple leaf fiber was lower. The thermal stability, fracture strength and linear density of enzymatic degumming pineapple leaf fiber were higher than of chemical degumming.
