摘　　要：将非线性互余问题化为不动点问题，证明分段光滑同伦曲线对不动点的收敛性，从而使互余问题可用同伦方法求不动点来解决．最后给出了数值例子．The nonlinear complementarity problem is transformed into the fixed-point problem, and it is proved that a piecewise smooth homotopy curve converges to the fixed-point. Hence the complementarity problem can be solved by finding fixed-point, and a numerical example is given.
