企业所需高职人才核心素质调查分析

摘　　要：根据调查要求,设计调查表,对与高职院校有密切联系的企业开展调查。调查结果表明,制造类企业和服务类企业对高职学生提供了不同性质的工作岗位,两类企业对所招聘学生的素质有不同的要求,高职教育应采取不同的模式来培养高职工科类人才和财经类人才。According the requirements of investigation,design the questionnaire and investigate the schools which have close relation with higher vocational schools.The results show that manufacturing enterprises and the service-sector companies provide the vocational students with different position and for recruiting of students,two types of enterprises have different requirement on the quality.So the higher vocational education should adopt different model to develop vocational engineering talents and financial talents.
