摘　　要：清代沿袭明制,于比较重要的盐区派遣巡盐御史,后改名为盐政。就两淮盐区而言,盐政之上还有两江总督作为名义上管理盐务的最高长官,而销岸盐引亦有当地督抚监管。于是,不论产地、销地,盐政总是会与当地督抚产生千丝万缕的联系。二者的关系好坏在一定程度上又会影响到盐的产、运、销。因此理清盐政与地方督抚的关系就非常重要。Like ming dynasty, the censor of salt was sere in very important salty district and was named yanzheng later.As for lianghuai,yanzheng was obedience to the governor of liangjiang who was the highest officer of one or two provinces.It was the same in salt-saling provinces.So,no matter where,there would be so many relations between yanzheng and governor.The relations between them would effect the salty industry.so,It is very important to understand the relations between them.
