表皮生长因子受体在525例消化系统肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在525例消化系统肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测525例消化系统肿瘤组织中EGFR的表达,分析EGFR表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤的原发部位、肿瘤大小、组织学类型、分化程度、临床TNM分期和淋巴结转移的关系。结果 525例消化系统肿瘤组织中,EGFR阳性率为17.1%,其中男性EGFR阳性率明显高于女性的(P=0.014);EGFR表达与分化程度呈负相关(P=0.033),其中低分化的EGFR阳性率明显高于高分化的(P=0.035);EGFR表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关(P=0.015);EGFR表达与消化系统肿瘤患者的年龄、肿瘤的原发部位、肿瘤大小、组织学类型和临床TNM分期均无关(P>0.05)。结论 EGFR表达和消化系统肿瘤的恶性程度有关。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of epidermal growth factor receptor in 525 cases with digestive system tumor. Methods The expressions of EGFR in 525 cases of tumor tissues of digestive system tumor were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the expression of EGFR and the patients the primary site of tumor,sex,age, tumor size, histological type, differentiation, clinical TNM stage and lymph node metastasis were analyzed. Results The positive rate of EGFR expression was 17.1%in 525 cases of tumor tissues of digestive system tumor. The positive rate of EGFR expression in male patients was significantly higher than female ones（P=0.014）.The expression of EGFR was negatively associated with differentiation （P= 0.033）.The positive rate of EGFR expression in low differentiation was significantly higher than that high differentiation （P=0.035）. The expression of EGFR was negatively associated with lymph node metastasis （P=0.015）.The expression of EGFR had no correlation with the patients’ the primary site of tumor, age, tumor size, histological type and clinical TNM stage （P 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of EGFR have correlation with the degree of malignancy of digestive system tumor.
