摘  要:食诱方法造模制备高脂血症SD大鼠模型,考察了α-蒎烯模拟物-松节油对造模高血脂症SD大鼠血脂代谢指标的影响,以期对竹林释放的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的保健、疾疗效果进行科学评价。结果表明,在实验浓度范围内,α-蒎烯模拟物-松节油对高脂血症SD大鼠的体重无显著影响;能降低其血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯并表现出数量依赖关系,但对其高密度脂蛋白胆固醇无显著升高作用。综合评价竹林挥发物主要成分对疾患动物模型生理代谢具有调节作用,其所得结果可为其它植物挥发性组分的开发利用及促进人体健康提供有益参考。The hyperlipidemia SD rats model was established by feeding the SD rats with high-fat diet. In order to scientifically evaluate the health care and disease healing effects of bamboo volatile organic compounds (VOCs) , the effect of α-pinene simulation object-turpentine on weight and blood lipid metabolic indices of SD rats model with hyperlipidemia was investigated. The results showed that in the experimental concentration range, α-pinene simulation object-turpentine hadn' t dramaticlly affected the weight of the hyperlipidemia SD rats, as well it could show dependencies on the concentration when it made serum total cholesterol and triglyceride get reduced and high doses of it could reduce triglyceride better, but it couldn't make high-density lipoprotein cholesterol get rised dramatielly. This work generally evaluated that the main composition of bamboo volatiles could control physiological metabolism of the disease animal model. The results of this paper will provide a useful reference for the utilization of volatile components of other plants and the promotion of human health.
