摘　　要：本科生导师制下大学生科研创新能力的培养是培养大学生科技创新能力的有效途径,是我国高等教育与国际接轨的体现。针对目前本科生教育中创新能力培养问题,探讨了本科生导师制下大学生科研创新能力培养的关键要素,从指导方法、实践训练、导师队伍建设及创新氛围等四个方面分别进行了分析和总结,对培养出高质量的创新型人才具有重要意义。Undergraduate research and innovation of college students mentoring ability train students creative ability is an effective way.is the international standards of higher education and reflection.For undergraduate education in the current issue of creative ability.Explored tutorial system innovation ability of college students research the key elements.From the guidance method,practice and training,team building and creative atmosphere tutor four aspects were analyzed and summarized.To the training of high quality and innovative talents of great significance.
