急性髓系白血病患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群测定的临床意义

摘　　要：为探讨急性髓系白血病患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群变化的临床意义,选择初发确诊的急性髓系白血病患者30例(初治组);经标准方案化疗,26例完全缓解(缓解组);健康人30名(正常对照组)。应用流式细胞术检测这三组人群T淋巴细胞亚群的变化情况。结果显示,初治组CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞百分率、CD4+/CD8+比值均低于缓解组及对照组,差异具有统计学意义,缓解组CD4+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值低于对照组,具有统计学差异。急性髓系白血病患者T淋巴细胞免疫功能异常,化疗达到完全缓解的患者T淋巴细胞亚群仍低于正常水平。To evaluate the clinical significance of the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with acute myeloid leukemia before and after therapy.Thirty acute myeloid leukemia patients who were confirmedly diagnosed but not treated were selected as new diagnosis group;Twenty-six patients completely remitted after chemical therapy was definite as complete remission group and 30 normal subjects were enrolled as control group.The changes of T lymphocyte subsets in three groups were examined by flow cytometry.The results showed that the ratio of CD3＋T cells,CD4＋T cells,CD8＋T cells and CD4＋/CD8＋ in new diagnosis group were significantly different lower that that of complete remission group and controls（P0.05）,and the ratio of CD4＋T cells,CD8＋T cells and CD4/CD8 in complete remission group were significantly lower than that of controls（P0.05）.The cellular immune function of T lymphocyte is abnormal in patients with acute myelogenous leukemia,and the T lymphocyte subsets in patient of complete remission group are also lower than that of control group.
