摘 要:提出了一种新的用于单相机单投影仪结构光三维重建系统的投影仪标定方法。该方法首先使用投影仪将便于辨识的彩色圆形标记投射到标定板上,再使用相机采集含有圆形标记的标定板图像,通过彩色图像分割和椭圆检测,从采集的图像中提取出用于投影仪标定的圆形标记的特征信息,然后利用已标定的相机模型反向投影求解出圆形标记中心的世界坐标,最后根据光路可逆原理,将投影仪看作是逆光路的摄像机,用标定相机的方法对投影仪进行标定。实验表明,该方法不使用特殊的标定设备便可完成投影仪的标定,并达到与同类方法相当的精度,因而具有实用性。A new method is proposed for calibrating the projector which and a camera make up of a three-dimensional recovery system used of structured light.Firstly,the color circular marks easy to be identified are projected to the calibrating board,and the image of the board is acquired by the camera.Secondly,the feature information of the color circular marks is extracted by color image segmentation and feature extraction,which is applied to calibrate the projector.Then,the world coordinates of the centers of the circular marks are solved by using the back-projected camera model which has been calibrated.Finally,under the optical reversible principle,the projector regarded as a camera with backlight road is calibrated as same as calibrating camera.The results of the experiments show that the method without special calibration equipment can attain the considerable accuracy as similar calibrating methods,and thus has practical values.
