摘  要:目的:探讨护生临床实习的方法。方法:将103名实习护生随机分为观察组52名和对照组51名,观察组采取"一对一"跟班制带教方法;对照组用传统带教法。结果:两组学生理论、操作考试比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);患者及家属对学生的满意度及护理诊断准确率存有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:"一对一"带教方法可发现护生实习中存在的问题,可有针对性的及时对护生进行教育和引导,提高实习效果。Objective:To probe into the teaching methods in nursing students clinical practice.Methods:103 nursing students were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group(52 cases) and the control group(51 cases).The"one to one"myrmidon management was taken in the observation group and the traditional teaching method was used in the control group.Results:There was significant difference in the theoretic and skilled tests between the two groups(P0.05);the degree of satisfaction from the patients and their families and the nursing diagnostic accuracy of students were significantly different too(P0.01).Conclusion:The"one to one"teaching method in nursing students clinic practice could find problems existing in clinical practice,educate students timely and targetedly and improve the practice effect.
