两种带教方法在护生临床实习中的比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨护生临床实习的方法。方法:将103名实习护生随机分为观察组52名和对照组51名,观察组采取"一对一"跟班制带教方法;对照组用传统带教法。结果:两组学生理论、操作考试比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);患者及家属对学生的满意度及护理诊断准确率存有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:"一对一"带教方法可发现护生实习中存在的问题,可有针对性的及时对护生进行教育和引导,提高实习效果。Objective：To probe into the teaching methods in nursing students clinical practice.Methods：103 nursing students were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group（52 cases） and the control group（51 cases）.The＂one to one＂myrmidon management was taken in the observation group and the traditional teaching method was used in the control group.Results：There was significant difference in the theoretic and skilled tests between the two groups（P0.05）;the degree of satisfaction from the patients and their families and the nursing diagnostic accuracy of students were significantly different too（P0.01）.Conclusion：The＂one to one＂teaching method in nursing students clinic practice could find problems existing in clinical practice,educate students timely and targetedly and improve the practice effect.
