摘 要:[目的]研究水不溶性稻壳热解油的组分。[方法]将稻壳热解油和去离子水以1∶2(体积比)混合后超声萃取并离心得20.0%(质量比)的水不溶性稻壳热解油,依次以石油醚、二硫化碳、四氯化碳和氯仿为溶剂对其进行了连续萃取,并对所得组分进行了GC/MS分析。[结果]萃取物F1、F2、F3、F4和残渣所占比例分别为5.3%、7.8%、15.9%、37.0%和34.0%,水不溶性稻壳热解油以大极性组分为主;从中共检测到68种化合物。[结论]由于生物油中高含氧量的特点,推测水不溶性稻壳热解油中大极性组分为高含氧的大分子化合物,有望将之开发成生物油树脂、高分子材料等高附加值产品。[Objective] The aim was to study the components of insoluble pyrolysis rice husk oil.[Method] After the pyrolysis oil from rice husk was mixed with deionized water by 1∶2(V/V),ultrasonic extraction and centrifugation were used to obtain 20.0% water insoluble pyrolysis oil(IPO)(W/W),the IPO was extracted(5 times under each organic solvent) by petroleum ether,carbon bisulfide,carbon tetrachloride and chloroform in sequence,and GC/MS analysis was carried out for obtained components.[Result] The proportion of extracts F1,F2,F3,F4 and residues covered 5.3%,7.8%,15.9%,37.0% and 34.0%,respectively.Moreover,water insoluble pyrolysis oil from rice husk mainly focused on big polar components;in addition,68 kinds of compounds were detected.[Conclusion] It illuminated that the components with strong polar in IPO were high oxygen macromolecules compounds through considering the high oxygen content in bio-oil,which may be desirably developed as bio-oil colophony and polymer materials as well as other high added value products.
