摘　　要：以苏北地区为研究对象,运用线性加权模型和离差系数法,对1997～2008年苏北地区的协调发展水平进行了定量研究,以期为当地因地制宜地制定协调发展分类指导政策提供依据,也期望对其他沿海地区区域问题的解决有所启发。Taking northern Jiangsu as study object,the coordinated development level of northern Jiangsu was studied quantitatively by means of linear weighted model and deviation coefficient method,so as to provide theoretical foundation for the establishment of guiding policy of coordinated development according to local conditions in northern Jiangsu and enlighten the solution of regional problem in other coastal areas.
