摘　　要：传统的地籍管理手段已无法满足日常地籍管理的需要,构建一个城乡管理一体化、地籍管理和电子政务管理一体化的集成型土地管理工作环境是现代地籍管理发展的方向。详细讨论了集成型地籍管理信息系统的设计目标,并在此基础上探讨了系统的总体结构、功能设计及网络结构体系,为统筹城乡地籍管理工作提供参考。The traditional cadastral management information system can not meet the require of the daily land management.Integrated environments consisting of the model of the urban and rural integration,land management and e-government integration is the developing direction of the modern cadastral management.The design goal of integrated cadastral management information system was discussed in detail,based on these studies,the structure and function of ICMIS were studied,which will provide reference for coordinated urban and rural cadastral management.
