摘　　要：随着高职教育规模的不断扩大和工学结合培养模式的推行,新时期高职院校的学生工作逐渐出现一些新情况、新变化,需要我们完善相关制度进行不断规范,以提高学生管理工作的实际效果。对大学生实行制度化管理是高校管理走向科学化、规范化的重要组成部分。班级是学生学习、生活、成长的主要载体,老师要善于运用"热炉"法则,制定并运用好班级管理制度,保证班级正常有效地运转。With the unceasing expansion of higher vocational education and the implementation of the mode to combine work with study,there appear some new problems and changes in work concerning students under new situations.It is necessary to improve and standardized relevant regulations to improve the actual effect of the student management work.One important part that ensures the administration of higher institutions become more scientific and standardized is to perform institutionalized management on the college students.Classes are the main media in students＇ learning,living and growing.The teacher should apply properly the law of heating stove,drawing and using the class management rules for the sake of the effective and normal operation of classes.
