摘　　要：目的先天性外胚层发育不良发病率不高,通过报道该病引起同行的重视。方法对先天性外胚层发育不良病例进行回顾性分析并文献复习。结果经过临床物理检查及辅助检查,该病例被诊断为外胚层发育不良。结论对长期发热患儿,无明确的感染因素,在除外其他引起长期发热的因素后,及时皮肤活检,明确为外胚层发育不良,避免延误病情。Objective：Report one case of anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia（EDA）in order that we can place importance on it,though incidence rate of EDA is low.Methods：Retrospective analysis of one case of anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia（EDA）and literature review.Results：Diagnose one case of anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia（EDA）by physical examination and skin biopsy.Conclusion：If patient without infection endures with chronic fever,we should pay attention to do skin biopsy.
