摘　　要：采用室内常规发芽法,对常温贮藏5个不同年份的加拿大披碱草种子的萌发特性和活力变化进行了测试,以检验其种子的劣变过程及种用价值。结果表明：随贮藏时间延长,不同贮藏时间的加拿大披碱草种子有不同程度的休眠和生活力下降的现象。其种子生活力、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均呈＂抛物线＂形状变化;其生活力、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、电导率与贮藏时间呈显著相关关系。当年收获的种子存在休眠现象,贮藏1~2年的种子利用价值较佳,常温贮藏4年的种子活力较低,种用价值较差。The Germination characteristics and vigor variation of Elymus canadensis L.seeds with 5 different storage periods were determined to test their degradation process and seed value.The results showed that with the prolonging of storage,different storage time of Elymus canadensis L.seeds has various degrees of dormancy and seed viability.Seed viability,germination potential,germination percentage and germination index took＂parabola＂form.The correlation between these items and storage time were significant.Seeds harvested current year were possible for dormancy.Seeds stored for 1 and 2 years had the highest value.Seeds stored for 4 years has low viability and planting value.
