从“作家摇篮”走向文学殿堂——广西师范大学“独秀作家群”形成原因探究

摘　　要：广西师范大学办学历史悠久、学术传统深厚、人才培养成效显著。广西师范大学文学教育的灵气和神韵,为"独秀作家群"的形成奠定了基础。孕育"独秀作家群"的文学教育基础和人才培养条件是多方面的:优良的校园文化环境成为"独秀作家群"成长的摇篮;文学院经典教育所形成的扎实丰富的文学素养和完善的知识结构;学院深厚的文化积淀及其文学教育传统影响"独秀作家群"的整体素质和品质;大学教育使文化传统薪火相传,形成"独秀作家群"创作的本土文化特色。Guangxi Normal University is a university with a long history,profound academic tradition and remarkable achievement of talents cultivation.The academic environment of its literary education lays a good foundation for the formation of the Duxiu writers group.The foundation of the literary education and the conditions of talents cultivation which nurture the Duxiu writers are multiple： the campus＇ good cultural environment is the cradle for the Duxiu writers;the solid and rich literary quality and the perfect knowledge structure is formed by the classical education of the school of literature;the school＇s deep cultural accumulation and the tradition of literary education influence the overall quality of the Duxiu writers;the colleging passing on the culture tradition forms the indigenous cultural characteristic of the Duxiu writers.
