治疗奶牛乳房炎中药凝胶剂载药量及体外释药性研究

摘　　要：检测防治奶牛乳房炎中药凝胶剂的载药量及体外释药性。采用紫外分光光度法测定制剂载药量;采用转篮法进行处方的体外释药试验,用紫外分光光度法测定累积渗透量。紫外分光光度法测定中药复方凝胶剂载药量为21.52%,RSD为0.9%,中药复方凝胶剂累积释放曲线方程为y=2.923 9 Ln(x)+3.258,r2=0.993。采用紫外分光光度法测定中药凝胶剂载药量和体外释药性,专属性强、结果准确,该方法可行。To determine and protect the drug-loading and release profile of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine Gel prescribed for dairy cow mastitis in vitro.The drug-loading of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine Gel was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The release behavior of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine Gel was studied by basket method,the cumulative release amounts of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine liquid were determined by UV.The loading amounts of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine Gel determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was 21.52%,and RSD was 0.9%.The accumulated release curve equation of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine Gel is y=2.923 9 Ln（x）＋3.258,（r2=0.993）.The ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was used to determine the drug-loading and release profile of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine Gel which is specific and accurate with low quantification limit.
