人乳腺癌细胞、结肠癌细胞和宫颈癌细胞生长曲线测定

摘　　要：为检测比较人乳腺细胞(MDA-MB-231、MCF-7、HBL-100)、人结肠癌细胞(HCT-8)和人宫颈癌细胞(HeLa)生长曲线的差异性。本实验首先常规培养MDA-MB-231、MCF-7、HBL-100、HCT-8和HeLa细胞,然后应用MTT方法测定这几种细胞的生长曲线。在本实验条件下,这几种细胞生长速度从高到低依次为HeLa、MCF-7、HCT-8、MDA-MB-231、HBL-100细胞,并且细胞生长速度一直升高。HeLa、MCF-7、HCT-8、MDA-MB-231和HBL-100都是癌症细胞,但是其生长速度却不相同,不同癌症的发生和发展都存在着一定的差异性,而同为乳腺癌的细胞的生长速度也不相同,这可能是与这些细胞在乳腺癌中来源有一定的关系。To explore differences of growth curve in human breast cell（MDA-MB-231,MCF-7,HBL-100）,human colon carcinoma cell（HCT-8） and human cervical carcinoma cell（HeLa）,the MDA-MB-231、MCF-7、HBL-100、HCT-8 and HeLa cell were cultivated,and then their growth curves was detected by the method of MTT.In the experimental conditions,these types of cell growth in the order of HeLa,MCF-7,HCT-8,MDA-MB-231,HBL-100 cells,and growth rate of cell increases.HeLa,MCF-7,HCT-8,MDA-MB-231 and HBL-100 are cancer cells,but their growth rates are not the same,there are some differences of the occurrence and development of different cancer,while cell growth rate of the same breast cancer is not the same,which may have a certain relationship to the source of these cells in breast cancer have.
