鱼油对SD大鼠乙酸性结肠炎的影响

摘　　要：通过复制SD大鼠乙酸型结肠炎模型,探讨鱼油对SD大鼠结肠炎炎症的影响。利用10%乙酸灌肠复制大鼠结肠炎模型,实验分为鱼油饲喂组Ⅰ组、鱼油预饲组Ⅱ组、鱼油治疗组Ⅲ组和模型对照组Ⅳ组,试验期为56 d,试验结束后评价各组大鼠疾病活动指数、结肠黏膜损伤和结肠组织学损伤程度,评价鱼油对乙酸性结肠炎大鼠炎症的影响。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组在试验期,疾病活动指数、结肠黏膜损伤和结肠组织学损伤均较Ⅳ组有明显改善(p<0.05),且Ⅰ组效果最佳(p<0.01)。鱼油可降低大鼠乙酸性结肠炎疾病活动指数、炎症反应程度,结肠黏膜损伤指数,对乙酸性结肠炎具有保护作用。according to the copy of the colitis model of SD rats colitis acetic acid,the effect of fish oil on it is studied in this paper.The rats coiltis model were produced by 10% acetic acid enemas.The experimental animals were divided randomly into fish oil fed groupⅠ,pre-feeding fish oil group Ⅱ,fish oil treatment group Ⅲ and control group IV,and the rats were caged and the experiment lasted for 8 weeks.At the end of the experiment,the disease activity index（DAI）,the colon mucosa damage index,the colon histology injury and colon histologic damage degree were evaluated,and also the effect of fish oil on rats colitis acetic acid is evaluated.Compared with group Ⅳ,the disease activity index,the colon mucosa damage and colon histology injury descended significantly in groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ（p0.05）,especially in groupⅠ（p0.01）.Treatment with fish oil couldreduce the disease activity,the inflammatory injury level and colon mucosal damage index,thus the treatment with fish oil showed benefit effects of SD rats colitis induced by acetic acid.
