摘  要:目的:探讨行为导向教学法在骨科临床带教中的应用效果。方法:将61名护生按实习进科次序分为干预组30名和对照组31名,对照组实施临床常规带教法,干预组实施行为导向教学法,观察、比较两组护生干预前后一般自我效能感、自主学习能力、临床实践行为。结果:干预后干预组护生一般自我效能感、自主学习能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后干预组应用相关学科知识、证实自己专业能力、自我职业角色认知、明确学习需求、应用护理程序方面得分优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:行为导向教学法能有效提高护生的一般自我效能感、自主学习能力,并对护生的实践过程行为有积极作用。Objective: To investigate the application effect of behavior-oriented teaching method on the orthopedic clinical teaching.Methods: 61 nursing students were divided into intervention group(n=30) and control group(n=31) by the order of arrangement of practice in the orthopedic department.The conventional clinical teaching method was used in the control group and the behavior-oriented teaching method was implemented in the intervention group.The general self-efficacy,self-learning ability and clinical practice behavior were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results: After the intervention,the scores of the general self-efficacy and self-learning ability of the nursing students in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P0.05);the scores were higher in the aspects of the application of relevant knowledge,the professional competence,self-awareness of professional role,clear learning requirements and application of nursing program in the intervention group than those in the control group after the intervention(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion: The behavior-oriented teaching approach can effectively improve the general self-efficacy and self-learning ability of nursing students and it also plays an active role in the clinical practice behavior of nursing students.
