白及胶对宫颈炎大鼠EGF及EGFR的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨白及胶治疗宫颈炎的疗效与机制。方法:用苯酚胶浆阴道注射建立大鼠宫颈炎模型,60只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、双唑泰栓组、白及胶浆低中高剂量组。治疗12天以后,用免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠宫颈炎中表皮生长因子(EGF)及表皮生长因子受体(EGFR),并进行病理组织学检查。结果:12天以后,白及胶浆低中高剂量组大鼠,宫颈炎组织中EGF及EGFR高于正常组,与模型对照组比较具有显著性差异;病理组织学检查结果也表明,白及胶浆中剂量组对宫颈炎治疗有一定的治疗作用,但高剂量效果最明显。结论:白及胶可以提高宫颈炎大鼠组织中EGF及EGFR表达,有利于组织愈合,从而对大鼠宫颈炎具有很好的治疗作用。Objective：To study the mechanism and effection of Bletillastriatagelatin on Cervicitis rats.Method：Use 25% Phenol mucilage by vaginal delivery to establish the cervicitis model rats,60 female SD rats where randomly distributed into six groups,including control group,model group,the Metronidazole,Clotrimazole and Chlorhexidine Acetate Suppositories（MCCA）group,and BSG with low,medium and high dose group.12 days after treatment,to delect the level of EGF,EGFR and TNF-αby immune group of analysis and to observe the change of inability to form organization of the cervix.Result：BSG with low and medium group made EGF and EGFR higher than control group and model group were more patent（P0.05）.BSG high dose group made the expression levels of EGF and EGFR were higher in cervix tissue comparaed to others,pathological organizational learning outcomes that BSG with medium may treat cervicitis rats.But the best effection is the high doses.Conclusion：All above suggested that BSG can greatly improve the symptoms of cervicitis model rats,and the expressions of EGF and EGFR in cervix tissue were increasd,to promote and accelerate reconstruction of the organization to heal.
