摘　　要：分析近年来有关脑栓塞动物模型制作的文献,从动物的选择、动物模型的处理、血栓的制作、动物手术建模、模型评价指标等方面探讨,总结各种模型的优缺点。提出脑梗塞模型改良的方法,为研究脑梗塞模型的制作提供新思路。The literature of recent years on establishing cerebral infarction animal models is analyzed.the following aspects such as the selection of animals,the disposal of animal models,the formation of thrombus,the establishment through the operation,the evaluating indicator of the models,etc are discussed and the advantages and disadvantages are summed up.Finally the improvement has been raised,which provides a new thought for the study of the establishment.
