探讨“截断扭转法”在治疗儿科急性病中的应用意义

摘　　要："截断扭转法"是著名老中医姜春华先生提出的针对急性热病的治疗原则,对温病学的发展和创新。笔者就对"截断扭转法"的认识做了简单阐述,并结合儿科疾病"脏腑柔弱,易寒易热,易虚易实",发病快、传变迅速等特点,将此法运用于治疗儿科急性病中的意义进行了探讨。The treatment principle of ＂Severance and Reversion＂,first put forward by famous Chinese doctor Mr.JIANG Chun-hua,was new to acute febrile therapeutics,and development and innovation of the Warm Disease.Through connecting the features of pediatric disease which are weak viscus,easy to change between ever and chill,easy to change between illnesses of acute and chronic,and speedy progression,fast changes,is discussed the significance of＂Severance and Reversion＂is apply to cure pediatric diseases.
