摘　　要：目的 探讨纵隔淋巴母细胞性淋巴瘤的影像特征.方法 收集本院2007-05-2010-05共8例经病理检查证实为纵隔淋巴母细胞性淋巴瘤,回顾性分析其影像学特征.结果 8例均为T淋巴母细胞性淋巴瘤,年龄为8～35岁,25岁以下7例,均表现为前上纵隔巨大肿块,不同程度推挤、压迫中纵隔大血管,4例侵犯大血管间隙,7例合并胸腔及心包积液.结论 纵隔淋巴母细胞性淋巴瘤有一定的好发年龄、好发部位及特异的CT表现,大部分能与纵隔其他肿瘤进行鉴别.Objective To assess the imaging characteristics of lymphoblastic lymphoma（LBL） of mediastinum. Methods 8 cases with mediastinal LBL proved pathologically during 2007-05- 2010-05 were collected. Imaging features of LBL were retrospectively analysed. Results 8 cases were all T lymphoblastic lymphoma,age ranged from 8 to 35 years old,7 cases were under 25 years old. All tumor displayed huge masses in anterior mediastinum, the structures of middle mediastinum were pushed and compressed by the tumors in different degree and the interspaces of geart vessels were involved by the tumors in 4 cases,7 cases accompanied with pleural and pericardial effusion. Conclusion LBL of mediastinum has certain characteristics including the predilection of age and location as well as typical CT findings, which are helpful in differential diagnosis of it.
