胃痛方治疗湿热型胃病153例  

Clinical Observation of Formula for Stomach-ache on Stomach Ache Belonging to Syndrome of Humid Heat,A Report of 153 Cases

摘　　要：目的：观察胃痛方治疗湿热型胃病的临床疗效。方法：将285例患者随机分为两组。治疗组153例予胃痛方,对照组132例使用三九胃泰。两组连续治疗2至4周观察疗效。结果：治疗组治愈88例,显效41例,有效20例,无效4例,总有效率为97.39%（95%CI=91.10%~99.50%）;对照组治愈53例,显效23例,有效19例,无效37例,总有效率为71.97%（95%CI=64.31%~79.63%）;两组综合疗效比较（u=4.269 2,,P=0.000 0）;且两组总有效率的95%CI不重叠。结论：胃痛方治疗湿热型胃病的疗效优于三九胃泰,其收益为OR=0.07（95%CI=0.02~0.20）,NNT=4（95CI=2.98~5.80）。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Formula for Stomach-ache on stomach ache belonging to syndrome of humid heat.Method： 285 cases were divided into two groups randomly.153 cases in treatment group were treated with Formula for Stomach-ache,and 132 ones in control group were done with San-jiu Wei-tai.The treatment course included 2 weeks to 4 weeks.Result：In treatment group 88 cases were recovered,41 ones excellent,20 ones effective,and 4 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 97.39%（95%CI=91.10%-99.50%）.In control group 53 cases were recovered,23 ones excellent,19 ones effective,and 37 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 97.39%（95%CI=64.31%-79.63%）.There was significant difference between the two groups（u=4.2692,P=0.0000）,and the total effective rate of 95%CI did notoverlap.Conclusion：The curative effect of Formula for Stomach-ache is better than that of San-jiu Wei-tai on stomach ache belonging to syndrome of humid heat,OR=0.07（95%CI=0.02-0.20）,NNT= 4（95%CI=2.98-5.80）.
