摘 要:喷墨印刷过程中,纸张表面特性是影响网点扩大和印刷质量的重要因素。选取了几种具有不同表面特性的纸,测试了它们的吸收性、光泽度、粗糙度和白度等表面特性。以EPSON Stylus Pro7880c数字打样机为输出设备,在这些纸样上印刷GATF标准梯尺,用Spectro Eye分光密度仪测其网点扩大值。经分析,得出了不同喷墨印刷纸基于EPSON Stylus Pro7880c数字打样机的网点扩大曲线图和纸张表面特性影响网点扩大的规律。这对于喷墨印刷用纸的选择及研发提供了一定的参考标准和理论指导。During the process of ink-jet printing, paper surface characteristics are the important factors that affect dot gain and printing quality. Several kinds of ink-jet paper with different surface characteristics were chosen to test their properties including absorbability, gloss, roughness, whiteness etc. By using the digital proofer of EPSON Stylus Pro7880c, the standard wedge of GATF was printed on these paper samples, the dot gain was tested with SpectroEye. After analysis, dot gain curves of different ink-jet papers and the law of dot gain with paper surface characteristics, which bases on the EPSON Stylus Pro7880c, were concluded. The results can offer a certain criteria and theoretical guidance to the selection as well as the research and development of ink-jet paper.
