摘　　要：对1978—2008年间我国的农业自然灾害进行了统计分析,以2008年为例,统计了该年度5类主要农业自然灾害的分类数据,在此基础上分析近年来我国农业自然灾害的分布情况、中东西部地区灾情、抗灾能力的差距,最后根据统计分析的结果对灾害损失评估体系做了初步的构建。Firstly,the agricultural disasters data from 1978 to 2008 was analyzed in this paper.Then,taking 2008 as an example,the classification data of the five main agricultural disasters was statisticed.On the basis of agricultural disasters data,the distribution,and the resilience gap between East,West,Middle of China were analyzed.Finally,according to the damage assessment system results,the disaster loss assessment system was constructed initially.
