摘  要:采用多功能硫化仪模拟轮胎硫化过程,并对轮胎硫化工艺进行优化。试验结果表明:模拟硫化温度曲线与实际测得的温度曲线基本吻合;在现有硫化时间(54min)下,下三角胶和胎面胶达到正硫化点,而内衬层胶和带束层胶稍有过硫;适当缩短硫化时间(52min),内衬层胶和带束层胶的过硫现象改善,轮胎达到良好的硫化程度。The vulcanization of tire was simulated by using multifunctional rheometer,and the curing process was optimized.The test results showed that,the curing temperature curve of simulation matched with the practical curing temperature curve;with current curing time (54 min),the vulcanization level of the apex and tread compound was in the optimum cure domain,but the innerliner and belt compound were overcured slightly;by reducing the curing time (to 52 min) properly,the overcured level of the innerliner and belt compound was reduced,and the vulcanization level of the tire was proper.
