摘  要:针对当两台吊车”并车”吊运100m长的钢轨时,要求该两台吊车的各运动机构严格同步运行这一特殊工况,提出了一种基于PLC的复合模糊--PID控制算法,其中的模糊控制器和PI调节器都通过PLC编程来实现,这样既保留了PLC控制系统灵活、可靠、抗干扰能力强的特点,同时也增强了控制系统的动态响应速度和智能化程度。运行实践表明,该系统同步控制精度高,适应性好,抗干扰能力强,而且鲁棒性好。Aiming at the particular working condition, in which a strict synchronous operation for each movement mechanisms of the twin cranes is required while the two cranes lift and move the railroad rail in length of 100 meters with the combining driving mode, a PLC based composite fuzzy-PID control algorithm is proposed. And therein, the fuzzy controller and the PI regulator are achieved by means of the PLC programming, so it both keeps the PLC control system's characteristics of flexible, reliable and strong anti-jamming capability and also enhances the dynamic response speed and the intelligentized degree of the control system. The operational practice indicates that the system is of high synchronization control accuracy, fine adaptability, strong anti-jamming capability and better robustness as well.
