摘  要:目的 研究碳纤维表面均匀镀铜的方法,解决镀铜时碳纤维与镀铜溶液的浸润性及碳纤维束的黑心问题方法 对碳纤维进行适当的表面处理,然后将化学镀和电镀结合使用在其表面镀铜,最后用扫描电镜(SEM)检验镀铜效果结果 较好地解决了碳纤维与镀铜溶液的浸润性及碳纤维束的黑心问题结论 对碳纤维先进行化学镀再电镀,既可提高碳纤维与铜镀层的结合力。Aim To study depositing copper onto the surface of carbon fiber uniformly and overcoming the problem of poor wettability of carbon fiber by electrodepositing solution and the problem so called “black core”. Methods Copper was deposited on the surface of carbon fiber by the way of chemical and electro deposition after an appropriate surface treating, and then the effect of copper deposition was checked with SEM. Results The problem of poor wettability of carbon fiber and the problem of black core can be solved by appropriate chemical deposition. Conclusion The dense and well adhesive coatings can be obtained when carbon fibers are chemically deposited first and then are electrodeposited.
