摘　　要：综合考虑环境及社会可持续性和建设项目可持续性各自的影响因素,论文建立了符合高校新校区建设项目特征的持续性评价指标体系,采用基于AHP的模糊综合评价法进行持续性综合评价,并结合实例计算出了综合评价指数,得出对新校区建设的持续性评价的结论。Considering the influencing factors of the environmental and social sustainability and the sustainability of construction project,this paper established an appraisal indicator system of sustainability according to the characteristics of the new campus construction project of institution of higher education.What＇s more,the author adopted the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the analytic hierarchy process to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of the sustainability and to calculate the lasting and comprehensive appraisal index.And in combination with an example,the author demonstrated how to carry out the evaluation and drew the appraisal conclusion of the sustainability of the new campus construction.
