三叉神经痛药物封闭治疗的系统分析

摘　　要：目的本研究借鉴循证医学的方法,对三叉神经痛封闭治疗的药物使用情况及疗效进行系统分析。方法计算机检索PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)及万方数据,以"三叉神经痛"、"封闭"、"药物"中英文为主题词检索查找有关三叉神经痛封闭治疗的相关文献,检索截止时间为2010年4月,纳入关于三叉神经痛封闭治疗的相关文献,对使用的药物及其疗效进行描述性分析。结果在已发表的文献中,共检索到196篇中文文献,根据纳入排除标准及文献质量评价标准,最后纳入文献26篇,目前三叉神经痛封闭治疗的主要药物有无水乙醇封闭治疗、甘油封闭治疗、维生素B12封闭治疗、抗生素封闭治疗、氯丙嗪封闭治疗以及一些中药的封闭治疗,采取的研究方式大多为病例报告,均有一定的效果,且副作用相对较小。结论封闭治疗效果较为肯定,且无明显创伤,对年龄偏大或有其它疾病不适于手术者,为一种较为理想的治疗措施,但目前国内研究水平较低,还需改进研究方法,提供更高级别的临床证据。Objective：To review the advance of medicine blocking therapy for trigeminal neuralgia pain by evidence-based medicine methods.Methods：Literature search was conducted on the following databases：PubMed,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang data,with the keywords of ＂trigeminal neuralgia＂,＂blocking treatment＂ and ＂medicine＂.Articles about blocking therapy of trigeminal neuralgia were found and analysed.Results：26 articles among 196 ones were enrolled finally according to the criteria of enrolled elimination and literature quality.The frequently-used medicines of blocking treatment include absolute ethyl alcohol,glycerin,Vit B12,some antibiotics,chlorpromazine and TCM.All of these medicines were mostly effective and safe.Conclusion：For these patients who were not suitable for a surgery because of age or systemic diseases,blocking therapy using certain drugs was a better choice,but more clinical evidences were needed to support this conclusion.
