摘　　要：引入Herstein环，幂零元左Zron链条件等概念，得到Kothe猜想成立的一个充要条件，由此得到Herstein猜想成立的一个充要条件，并且建立了两个猜想之间的联系。The authors introduce (nilpoteut element ) left Zorn chain condition callHerstein-ring which all commutator of this ring are nilpoteut elements. They also give a sufficient and necessary condition of Kothe conjectare and give a sufficient and necessary conditionof Herstein conjeture, and establish the ties between the two conjetudes.
