摘　　要：成人高等教育多元化发展是时代发展的呼唤，也是成人高等教育自身可持续发展的需要。论文从国家对成人高等教育责任、成人高校主动变革适应社会变迁，不断发展新形式，社会价值观的转变等几个方面，论述了成人高等教育多元化的发展策略。Diversify of adult higher education is required for the development of the times and the demand of the sustainable development of adult higher education. This paper expounds development strategies for the diversity from state responsibility for adult higher education, active adaptation to s^ial changes of higher education inst. for adults as well as its new development forms, and societal values shift.
