摘　　要：证券分析师在资本市场中除了信息功能外,是否还发挥了公司治理效应?在中国,尽管分析师在资本市场中正扮演着越来越重要的信息中介作用,但相关的研究却相当匮乏。基于此,文章对其研究起源及相关实证研究进行了回顾及述评,为中国资本市场下分析师治理效应的研究和实践提供了参考。Besides information function,do security analysts play the role of corporate governance effect in the capital market？ In China,although analysts are playing more and more important information intermediacy roles in the capital market,related researches are very limited.Because of this,the paper makes a review and remark on the research origin and relative empirical studies on the topic,aiming to provide reference for the research and the practice of governance effects of analysts in China＇s capital market.
