摘　　要：影响高校思想政治理论课教学的主要因素值得重视。目前高校思想政治理论课教学尚存在“个人发展缺乏目标”、“传统灌输式教学模式落后”等问题。据此提出若干改进建议：一是提高教师队伍思想文化素质；二是树立创新意识更新教育观念；三是精心实施公民道德建设工程；四是培养优良的心理素质；五是整体规划校园网的德育宣传。As is claimed in this paper, all the factors that are influencing college ideological and political education should be seriously noticed, and then problems be analyzed. Finally suggestions are proposed： 1. to promote the relevant qualities of teaching staff; 2. to erect innovative ideas; 3. to bring into effect civil moralities construction; 4. to foster good psychological diathesis; 5. to work a comprehensive plan to strengthen the moral education on school network.
