摘 要:报道了一种在镍基板上涂覆聚乙烯醇(PVA)膜,通过电化学法制备聚苯胺/聚乙烯醇(PANI/PVA)复合膜的方法,再将该复合膜剥离后覆于ITO导电塑料上,考察了其电致变色性。通过循环伏安和交流阻抗测试,确定了电化学法制备PANI/PVA复合膜的工艺条件。实验结果表明:当nSSA/nH2SO4=1:1,激发电压为1.10~1.15 V,镀膜电压为-0.2~0.8 V,镀膜圈数为20圈时,复合膜的电活性最高。与直接在ITO导电塑料上制得的PANI膜相比,本实验制得的PANI/PVA复合膜显示出较好的电致变色性能。The electrochemical synthesis of polyaniline and poly(vinyl alcohol)(PANI/PVA) composite film on nickel substrate coated with PVA film was reported.The electrochromic properties of the composite film coated on ITO conductive plastics were studied.The process optimization of the electrochemical preparation of PANI/PVA composite film was discussed through cyclic voltammetry and A C impedance tests.Results indicated that the highest electrical activity of the composite film was achieved when the mol ratio of SSA to H2SO4 was 1:1,the excitation voltage ranged from 1.10 V to 1.15 V and the working voltage ranged from-0.2 V to 0.8 V with scanning 20 cycles.Compared with the PANI film prepared directly on ITO conductive plastics,the PANI/PVA composite film showed better electrochromic properties.
