摘  要:研究功率分流式深度混合动力合成箱的液压系统设计方法。首先根据混合动力系统的控制策略,确定液压系统的设计流量及工作压力。采用机械油泵和电机油泵的双液压源方案满足动力系统在各种驱动模式下的流量需求。设计制动器闭合高压调节油路,实现制动器闭合压力的自适应控制。通过理论计算确定液压阀的结构尺寸。通过建立整个液压系统的动态仿真模型,分析系统流量及压力动态特性。台架试验结果表明液压系统原理方案正确可行,系统流量及压力控制基本达到设计要求。The design method of hydraulic system for power split full hybrid transmission was studied.Oil volume flow and pressure requirement was confirmed according to the vehicle control strategy.Mechanical gear pump and electric pump were used to supply oil flow for all driving modes.Self-adapted pressure regulation circuit was designed to supply high pressure oil for brake engagement.The structure dimension of valves was designed by theoretical calculation.Dynamic model of hydraulic system was established to investigate the characteristics of oil flow and pressure.The bench test results indicated that the hydraulic proposal was operative and the oil flow and pressure reached the design requirement.
