摘  要:目的观察大鼠重症急性胰腺炎胰腺ICAM-1和血液中LFA-1变化及丹参注射液干预的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为假手术组,治疗对照组,丹参治疗组,制模后不同时相点取大鼠胰腺及血液标本测相应指标变化。结果 SAP组随着大鼠胰腺病损的加重,ICAM-1及LFA-1表达逐渐升高;丹参治疗组胰腺病损均较SAP组相同时相点为低,ICAM-1及LFA-1的表达低于治疗对照组。结论在大鼠SAP时,ICAM-1及LFA-1起重要作用,而丹参注射液可起到抑制ICAM-1及LFA-1表达的作用。Objective To observe the effects of ICAM-1、LFA-1 and the therapeutic influences of Red SageRoot on severe acute pancreatitis in rats.Methods The SD rats were divided into sham operated groups,SAP groups and treated groups,the change of the scheduled pancreas and serum in rats after the operation were observed.Results The expression of ICAM-1 and LFA-1 are paralleled with the injury of pancreas;in the treated groups,the injury of pancreas and the expression of ICAM-1 and LFA-1 was apparently lower than SAP groups at the same time.Conclusion ICAM-1and LFA-1 play an important role in the pancreatic injury,and the Red SageRoot injection can control the expression of ICAM-1 and LFA-1.
