摘 要:目的检测水通道13、在人外周神经肿瘤的表达。方法收集五例患者的神经鞘瘤组织,采用免疫组化方法检测AQP1、AQP3的表达。结果 AQP1、AQP3在神经鞘瘤组织中都有表达,AQP1主要表达在微血管中,AQP3在整个组织中广泛表达。结论首次发现AQP1在神经鞘瘤微血管中表达,可能参与肿瘤血管新生;AQP3在神经鞘瘤细胞广泛表达,可能通过增加肿瘤细胞膜的水通透性而促进肿瘤的生长及浸润。两种水通道蛋白表达量与肿瘤发生发展的关系尚待扩大标本例数结合临床资料进一步分析。Objective To analyze the expression of aquaporin 1(AQP1) and aquaporin 3(AQP3) in peripheral neuroma.Methods Paraffin sections from five cases of Schwannoma tissues were gathered.The expression of AQP1 and AQP3 in the tumor tissues was analyzed by immunohistochemisty.Results Both AQP1 and AQP3 were detected to express in the Schwannoma tissues.AQP1 was selectively expressed in microvessels in the tumor.AQP3 was expressed extensively in Schwannoma cells.Conclusion We found for the first time that AQP1 and AQP3 are expressed in peripheral neuroma.The localization of AQP1 in microvessels may increase tumor angiogenesis.The expression of AQP3 in tumor cells may promote tumor cell proliferation and migration.Further studies are required to establish the relationship of the two AQPs with the development of peripheral neuroma when more cases become available.
