摘  要:目的研究下咽癌中巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)与肿瘤侵袭和转移的关系。方法收集下咽癌标本22例,取下咽癌患者的原发灶、颈部淋巴结转移灶及癌旁组织;另取良性病变(声带息肉)标本10例作为对照,采用免疫组化方法检测MIF在各类组织中的表达,并分析其与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移的关系。结果下咽癌原发灶、转移灶中MIF的表达水平均明显高于癌旁组织及良性病变组织,下咽癌组织中有淋巴结转移组的表达水平高于无淋巴结转移组,临床分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的表达水平高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期。结论 MIF与下咽癌的侵袭和转移有关;肿瘤临床分期越晚,其表达水平越高。Objective To study expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) in hypopharynx carcinoma,and to explore the relationship between MIF and invasion and metastasis of hypopharynx carcinoma.Methods Expression of MIF was detected in 22 hypopharynx carcinomas and 10 benign lessions(vocal polyp) by immumohistochemistry.The tumor tissues 、lymph node metastasis and adjacent normal tissue were tested.Results Expression of MIF in the tumors and metastases was higher than the adjacent normal tissue and benign lession(P〈0.05).Expression rates of MIF in tumors with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those without(P〈0.05).The difference of MIF expressions between stages I、Ⅱ and llI、IV was significant(40.00% vs 94.12%)(P〈0.05).Conclusion MIF may play an important role in invasion and metastasis of hypopharynx carcinoma.The later stage of disease,the higher expression of MIF is shown in primary tumors and metastasis.
