根管封闭剂对System B和Obtura Ⅱ根管充填系统的疗效影响

摘　　要：目的探讨System B联合ObturaⅡ根管充填系统中应用根管封闭剂对临床疗效的影响。方法 60颗上颌恒中切牙随机分成二组,每组各30颗牙。第一组用A H Plus联合System B、ObturaⅡ充填,第二组直接用System B和ObturaⅡ充填。术后即刻及术后1年行X线片对比研究。结果两组根管充填质量,术后1年复查没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。根管超填情况第一组多于第二组,二者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。术后1年复查治疗成功率无明显性差异。结论是否使用根管封闭剂对根管治疗的成功率无明显影响。Objective To evaluate the effect of the application of root canal sealer on the filling system of System B and Obtura Ⅱ. Methods Sixty maxillary permanent central incisors were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each.Group one were filled with System B and Obtura Ⅱ added with AH Plus and group two with System B and Obtura Ⅱ only.Radiogram was taken immediately and one year after filling to compare the effect. Results The filling quality of the two groups had no significant difference one year later（P0.05）,but Group one obviously had more over-filling cases,with significant difference（P0.01）. Conclusion Root canal sealer has no significant effect on the success rate of root canal treatment.
