经上颌窦后壁入路手术治疗三叉神经第Ⅱ支痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经上颌窦后壁入路手术治疗三叉神经第Ⅱ支痛的疗效。方法对24例三叉神经第Ⅱ支痛患者采用经上颌窦后壁入路行上颌神经高位切断术。结果经上颌窦后壁入路行三叉神经第Ⅱ支高位切断术,术后治愈率达100%,近期随访22例未见复发。结论经上颌窦后壁入路三叉神经第Ⅱ支高位切断术是一种操作相对简单、治疗效果好、复发率低、并发症少的手术治疗方法。Objective To investigate the curative effect of operative therapy of trigeminal neuralgia（V2） through posterior wall of the maxillary sinus approach. Methods Totally 24 patients with trigeminal neuralgia（V2） were treated with high position neurectomy through posterior wall of the maxillary sinus. Results The cure rate under treatment with high position neurectomy through posterior wall of maxillary sinus is 100%.None of the 22 patients followed-up recently recurred during the follow-up time. Conclusion Operative therapy of trigeminal neuralgia（V2） with high position neurectomy through posterior wall of the maxillary sinus is an effective and simple surgical therapy with low recurrence rate and complications.
