摘　　要：目的探讨关节灌洗术与透明质酸钠关节腔注射预防髁状突骨折术后并发症的疗效。方法髁状突骨折术后行颞下颌关节上腔灌洗及注射透明质酸钠。结果手术固定灌洗组患者张口度、咬合关系、张口型及大张口疼痛情况均比单纯手术固定组明显好转,两组相比差异有显著性。结论关节灌洗术与透明质酸钠注射是一种简单、有效治疗髁状突骨折术后并发症的理想手段。Objective To evaluate the effect of sodium hyaluronate injection and arthrocentesis in upper compartment for complications after mandibular condylar fracture. Methods Arthrocentesis in upper compartment and injections of sodium hyaluronate were made for the operated joint. Results Maximmum mouth opening,mobility of mandible,occlusion,mandible deviation and muscle pain on mouth opening in arthrocentesis and injections of sodium hyaluronate groups were improved greatly than the controul groups. Conclusion Arthrocentesis in upper compartment and injections of sodium hyaluronate was a simple,effective,means for complications after mandibular condylar fracture.
