摘　　要：目的评价低温等离子消融术联合袋形术治疗下颌骨牙源性角化囊性瘤的疗效。方法回顾2008年6月至2010年6月8例经低温等离子消融术联合袋形术治疗的下颌骨大型角化囊性瘤病例。随访1～1.5年临床、影像学及病理学检查评价临床疗效及随访观察复发情况。结果病理学显示消融术后囊壁衬里上皮破坏、消失。临床及影像学检查显示,囊肿周围骨质再生改建,囊腔逐渐缩小。本组资料随访期间未见复发。结论低温等离子消融术联合袋形术是治疗下颌骨牙源性角化囊性瘤的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of temperature-controlled radiofrequency plasma ablation combined with marsupialization in the treatment of mandibular keratocystic odontogenic tumor. Methods Eight cases of mandibular keratocystic odontogenic tumor who underwent treatment of radiofrequency plasma ablation combined with marsupialization from were reviewed June 2008 to June 2010.All the patients were followed up for 1 to 1.5 years,and clinical,X-ray or CT,and pathological examinations were performed to evaluate the clinical effect and the recurrence rate. Results Pathological examinations showed that epithelial cells were destroyed after ablation.The sizes of the cysts reduced gradually and bone regeneration was noticed on radiographs.During the follow-up period,no recurrence was found. Conclusion Temperature-controlled radiofrequency plasma ablation combined with marsupialization is an effective method for mandibular keratocystic odontogenic tumor.
