摘 要:目的评估经位点保存技术处理后牙槽窝组织形态计量学上的改变。方法拔除6条杂种犬各自上、下颌两侧第二切牙,随机分两组,在一侧即刻填入骨诱导活性材料,为实验组;另一侧不作处理,对照组。术后3个月处死获得样本,利用图像分析进行组织计量及形态的评估。结果所有位点骨量均有不同程度的吸收。图像分析显示,实验组平均骨量吸收程度显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论牙齿拔除后,拔牙窝位点保存技术的应用能明显减少牙槽嵴萎缩吸收程度。Objective To assess the histomorphological and contour changes of the extraction sockets after site preservation. Methods In six hybrid dogs,the second maxillary and mandibular incisors were extracted.The sockets of one side were filled with osteoinduction active mature(OAM),serving as the experimental group,and the other side was left for spontaneous healing,serving as the control.After 3 months,the animals were sacrificed and the samples were collected for histomorphological and contour evaluation with image analysis. Results In both groups contour shrinkage and bone loss were showed but resorption was significantly lower in experimental group than in control group(P0.001). Conclusion Site preservation techniques can significantly reduce alveolar ridge resorption after tooth extraction.
